Get ready for the biggest Walking Football event yet, featuring exciting new competitions, guest speakers, and plenty of action-packed games!

Competitions

Competitive (with Goalkeepers):

• Men’s: O50’s, O60’s, O65’s, O70’s (new!)
• Women’s: O40’s, O50’s, O60’s

Mixed Competitive:

• No goalkeepers, minimum 3 women playing

Social (No Goalkeepers):

• Women’s Social (new!)
• Mixed Social: Minimum 3 women playing

All competitions are 6-a-side.

Schedule

Saturday, March 15, 2025

• 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Walking Football games
• 7:00 PM: Tournament Dinner at Mingara Recreation Club

Sunday, March 16, 2025

• 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Games continue
• 10:40 AM – 12:30 PM: Matches featuring National IWFF teams

Tournament Details

• Each team will play a minimum of 5 games over 2 days.
• Games are 20 minutes, 6-a-side, with unlimited substitutions.
• Divisions with 4 teams will play a double round-robin format (6 games total).
• No semi-finals or finals; positions will be determined by points and goal difference.

• Teams: $220 per team (due by February 8, 2025)
• Individuals (no team): $35 per competition (register by February 28, 2025)
